Vision Systems Technology Fleet Manager is a back office management tool which provides CCTV operators and managers with a simple yet powerful means of managing mobile CCTV systems on multi-vehicle and multi-depot fleets. 

 

Fleet Manager has been designed primarily to aid CCTV analysts in their daily tasks of collecting and processing video.  However it is also a powerful business tool that can provide management with visibility and control of CCTV business processes, as well as opening up CCTV images as a business resource for use in the wider organisation.

 

Fleet Manager uses wireless IP communications direct to each vehicle in order to retrieve image requests and to receive automatic CCTV system status reports. Communications can either be via depot WiFi connections or a GSM /3G mobile data network.

 

Fleet Manager provides a simple user interface for:

• Requesting video downloads direct from vehicles
• Receiving and archiving all video downloads
• Automatically importing and logging daily status reports from each DVR
• Generating reports based on DVR Status information
• Burning an incident CD/DVD containing the required video footage
